User Journey and Experience mapping.
My journey For Buying smartphone as user of that smartphone i am so excited to buy new phone and very curious about when i will go for buy new smartphone.
If we talk about smartphone is nessery thing in our daily life I don't know about other people but without my smartphone I feel like incomplete so my last smartphone is damaged due to rain so decided to purchase new smartphone from Manik Mobile.
Here is my Journey Map.
Why i choose offline Store?
In offline store i will get smartphone instantly and there is a demo phone also available to experience and feel of handset and if i face any issue in my smartphone that store person help me to achieve that thing. and if i talk about manik mobile that is famous mobile store chain in pune so they have 16 store in pune that why its easy to reach and trustable also.
So Lets Start the Journey.
Step 1:- Research about new smartphone on.
Action :- Discussed with friends and family member to shortlist the models and brother said check in vivo they have good quality my friend said just chek in oppo they have newly launch 5G smartphone one of my friend said MI also giving best feature in low price so i am confused what i do so i got idea to compare smartphone online so i am on 91 mobiles side there is accurate specification and comparison available.
Experience:- I am using that app to know new models and feature and great experience with 91 Mobile.
Find Out the Store.
If i talk about store i have already decide to purchase from Manik Mobile.
Step 2:- Purchase smartphone from Manik Mobile
Action:- When i arrived i saw there is no space for parking so i have wait for security guard to make some space or adjust bike in right way and after 10 min got space for parking and after that entered in store and interact with manager he is very good person who allow me to take photos and asked me what i want.
After that he Called sales person and said that sir ko achha smartphone dena ye reguler custmer hai…and i feel like i am so important and then he showed me 4 dummy smartphone Vivo,Oppo,MI,Samsung and interacting with me like vivo me apko 4GB ram and 128 ROM milega ,Oppo me hamre pass new model hai 5G aur redmi me apko 6GB ram and 64 GB internal milega he just give me hole intro of all model and said that for you redmi is good they are providing 6GB Ram with new processor which will enhance your gaming experiance and good camera quality and i am convenced when he said you can play PUBG in HD+ mode and said just pack this redmi 10s.
Experiance:-That is good experiance and sales person having very good knowledge of smartphone and he explain me in good way.
For LOAN.
Step 3:-apply for Loan in Bajaj Finance
Action:- When i finalize model redmi 10s he processed for loan and asked for adhar and pan card and filing all details in bajaj that time he asked for light bill or any other address prof that time i dont have that document so he said take on whatsapp and share with me he is also supportive but i think loan process is very hard and hectic it take 30 to 40 min for 1 user that is not good but that time i have to take patience because i am so much excited to hold my new smartphone.
Experiance:- that was bad experiance to me.
Final Step
Step 4:- Unboxing my phone
Action:-Finally got my smartphone after long Process and very much exited to hold my new phone and phone was very good at that price after that manager said that sir ko glass guard and back cover free dena he is really good person and done all things and payment also and ready to chekout…..
Experiance:- shhhhh after all thing and hard work got phone and experiance is to good.
After All those things i am so much tired for some refreshment i am tea point which very famous in pune and Maharashtra. after taking first sip of tea i feel relax.
